This Deer Park Villa wedding was certainly a day to remember! Lisa and Joe’s wedding day took place among the enchanted grove of Redwood trees at the stunning Deer Park Villa wedding venue in the hills of Fairfax, CA. The venue allowed for an intimate and romantic day to celebrate their love with family and friends.
One of my favorite elements of the day was Lisa’s dress and hairstyle for her special day. The bride wore a blush wedding gown with a gorgeous flowing train. I loved that the gown color stepped out of the box while still maintaining a classic look. To match the outdoor elements of the venue, she had dried flowers placed all throughout her hair. It was truly one of the most stunning wedding day looks I have seen. Everything about Lisa’s wedding day look matched her personality perfectly!
The love between Lisa and Joe was truly magical to witness. The sweet couple met while playing kickball in a community league and they have been best friends ever since. They exchanged an extremely emotional first look, that was not shy of tears on either side. During the ceremony, toasts, and reception many happy tears continued to be shed by them both. You can tell they have waited a long time for this day to finally arrive! They are the type of couple you can’t help but smile while watching them because you can feel their love for another so deeply.
Another one of my favorite moments was during cocktail hour when Lisa’s father surprised the crowd with a song he wrote specifically for the newlyweds. This original tune was a surprise and there wasn’t a dry eye in the house. I even teared up myself!
It was a honor to be a part of their day and be able to document all the special moments. Delivering a wedding gallery is such an exciting time because you’re allowing your couple to witness their day all over again. Every love story and wedding day is unique, and it is always an honor to get to document this incredible milestone for my couples!
